Production processes can include leakage tests by measuring pressure drop on dedicated benches.

Additional controls take place in the Quality Control Department using CMM and/or optical scanning, profile meters, profilographs and roundness meters.

Washing processes are constantly monitored and their effectiveness is followed-up in an inhouse laboratory using a PALL cabinet and an automatic microscope, in compliance with ISO 16232.

SPC studies and validation of measuring instruments (MSA) are conducted by QDAS software.

DOE studies are constantly applied.
